Laura chose Jill, and what I remember about her journey is simply how happy and confident she was with her choice. Not every bridal journey needs to be complicated. Sometimes a bride finds the gown that feels right, and my job is simply to make sure she continues to feel as wonderful in it as she did when she first chose it.

It was lovely to hear afterwards that Laura had felt special at every appointment — and lovelier still to discover that she was already recommending me to her friends.
